Flexibility and Operating Range
Compared to similar systems, the Beyerdynamic TG 500DR offers significantly more flexibility of operation with an operating range of up to 120 meters.
Large-Scale Installations
The TG 500 system is appropriate for even bigger installations since it has a switching bandwidth of up to 40 MHz and can run up to 72 channels concurrently (18 compatible frequencies per band) when all four frequency bands are employed.
Receiver Design
The central component of each Beyerdynamic TG 500DR Manual set is a visually appealing receiver featuring a robust metal casing and a front panel that is parametrized.
User-Friendly Interface
The menu navigation is especially user-friendly because of the combination of simple operational components and a backlit LC display.
Frequency Response and Audio Inputs
The system has a frequency response between 45 and 15 kilohertz. Analog audio inputs include a balanced jack and a balanced XLR output.
Dual Receiver Features
If desired, the dual receiver’s two audio channels can be broadcast via a shared output; an additional mixing console is not necessary because of the mixed output.
Within the Beyerdynamic TG 500DR series, there is also a dual receiver in 19″ size (1 HU) with an integrated Beyerdynamic power supply and an antenna splitter built in. In order to use distant antennas, the dual receiver provides the antenna phantom power needed.

Optimal Reception
Even in difficult settings, the diversity antenna operation ensures optimal reception for each receiver and prevents undesired transmission interruptions.
Interference-Free Operation
To guarantee interference-free multi-channel operation, preset groups of intermodulation-free transmission frequencies are also offered. Additionally, frequencies are freely assignable.
System Setup Assistance
Assistance with system setup is provided via a scan feature with automated search. When the battery is about to run low, the inbuilt pilot tone feature alerts you and guarantees interference-free transmission.
