With a wide-dispersion, horn-loaded 1-inch dome tweeter and a 6-1/2-inch woofer, the CRESTRON SAROS 6.5 SAROS IC model is a 2-way in-ceiling speaker. Because of its low profile casing, it may be installed in narrow ceiling areas that are as shallow as 5-1/8 inches (130 mm). 

Utilization with 70 and 100 Volt distributed speaker systems is possible thanks to an integrated 60 Watt multi-tap transformer. The program can handle 50 Watts of power at 8 Ohms and has a frequency response of 65 Hz to 20 kHz (±3 dB).

The CRESTRON SAROS 6.5 SAROS IC model has a clever design that makes it simple to install and offers years of dependable operation. Its frameless “zero-bezel” grille creates a sleek and understated look that makes it ideal for usage in retail establishments, restaurants, nightclubs, houses of worship, conference centers, colleges, and office buildings. 

Strong magnets are used to keep the grille in place during installation, so no hardware or tools are needed. To ensure that the grille never falls from the ceiling, a safety tether is supplied.
