SM 26T – Two-Way Wall Mount Speaker – Black (Pair)
Featuring a proprietary hidden wall mounting method, the Extron SM 26 SpeedMount® Surface Mount Speaker is a two-way speaker. It has a 1″ (25 mm) tweeter and a 6.5″ (165 mm) woofer with dual tuned ports.
The SM 26T Wall Mount Speaker has a broad frequency range of 65 Hz to 19.2 kHz, along with a continuous pink noise output of 60 watts and a continuous program capacity of 120 watts.
The mounting mechanism that is specific to Extron is intended to save money and support division-of-labor installations.
The SM 26T comes in two versions: the 8 ohm variant and the SM 26T version, which can run in the 70 volt and 100 volt modes in addition to the 8 ohm direct mode.

The SM 26T Wall Mount Speaker Pair slides into the mount and locks into place thanks to the creative mounting technique. To expedite and streamline installation, the speaker’s inbuilt electrical contacts instantly engage with the mounting plate’s pre-wired contacts in the same installation step. The speaker baffle has a release mechanism that makes it easy to take from the mount. Along with the hidden speaker wire connectors, the locked and covert release also works to discourage theft.

A pivot mount is available as an optional accessory for the SM 26. It allows for 360° of speaker rotation for maximum flexibility in aiming speakers. Pivot mounts are available in black or white to match the SM 26 speaker.
